Pre-Listing/Active Listing Management

Draft listing paperwork prior to listing appointment as per agent's instructions

After agent review, send paperwork to seller(s) for e-signature (if e-signing)

Review and submit all signed documents for compliance review, or if necessary, complete corrections, gather missing information, etc. prior to submitting

Schedule agent's choice of photographer and ensure photos are uploaded to MLS (if requested)

Prepare and process any documents required for price changes, etc and update MLS as necessary

Schedule open houses in MLS, prepare flyers, etc, and prepare and schedule social media posts (if requested)

Send follow up emails to open house attendees, and enter into database/CRM
Listing Contract to Close Management

Review purchase agreement and supporting documentation to ensure everything is fully signed and compliant. Takes steps to correct any deficiencies

Send congratulations email to seller with timeline of next steps

Send appropriate paperwork to title company with introductory email

Send introductory email to buyer's agent and ensure they have all executed documents

Add all contract dates to the calendar

Set up home warranty, if required

Confirm earnest money has been received by title company, if applicable

Contingency management and deadline follow up throughout the process
