I have three simple pricing structures:
Purchasing Time Blocks (U.S. CLIENTS ONLY - Click the Desired Link Below to complete online payment)

1. $25 an hour for a block of 20 hours ($500)
2. $30 an hour for a block of 10 hours ($300)
3. $35 an hour for a block of 5 hours ($175)

Each block is purchased up front and is yours to use whenever you need to and for any service you choose (except real estate transactions). Each block is good for 12 months.

Real Estate Transaction Management Services
Real Estate Transaction services are priced as flat-rate packages, and are billed at the end of the month in which the work is completed or the transaction closes depending on the service:

Pre-Listing Prep/Active Listing Management* $150
Listing Contract to Close $250
Listing Combo Pack (Both of the Above Services) $350

Pre-Purchase Prep* $50
Purchase Contract to Close $250
Purchase Combo Pack (Both of the Above Services) $275
Double-Sided Contract to Close Only $400
Double-Sided All Inclusive* (All Listing & Purchase Services) $575
*Time spent preparing listing and/or purchase documents is payable if the listing is cancelled, or the transaction does not close
Monthly Retainer Packages

If you would like to retain my services on an on-going monthly basis, custom retainer packages are available as well. They are payable at the beginning of each month.
